We are located at 7 Woodbridge Street, South Hadley, MA 01075. The church is on the corner of Woodbridge Street (Route 116) and Dunlap Place, directly across the street from the back of the South Hadley Post Office (and, in the back, directly across the parking lot from the Mount Holyoke College health center).
ACT II Are you recently (or not-so-recently) retired? Or just have some free time on weekdays? Join the Act II group for some summer outings, a chance to connect with each other, deepen spiritual lives, and enjoy the beauty of the area. All are welcome.
Tuesday, July 30 -- Favorite Family Summertime Traditions/Memories
Meet at the church at 10:45 and carpool to the South Hadley Swim Club. We'll cook burgers and hotdogs, you can bring a dish or dessert to share. There is a covered gazebo with picnic tables and you can bring a chair if you prefer. We'll discuss summertime traditions and anything else on our minds, and enjoy a cookout as well as a swim! Swimming is optional, but there are bathrooms and changing rooms and folks are welcome to stick around for a swim or an afternoon in the sun/shade.
Tuesday, August 20 -- TBA
Save the date for another outing together -- details and theme TBA.
ALL SAINTS GOES TO TANGLEWOOD! We are offering a mid-summer field trip, so save the date and be sure to sign up. On Sunday, July 7, we will gather (and even offer carpools from the church!) for a concert at Tanglewood and the enjoyment of each other's company. The concert begins at 2:30, and features the Boston Pops Orchestra and violinist Anne-Sohpie Mutter playing the music of John Williams, including music from Star Wars, Dracula, Harry Potter, and Memoirs of a Geisha. Mr. Williams will be one of the conductors. There is an optional program at 12:00, free for ticket holders, Considering the Art of John Williams. Lawn tickets are $29.50, or if we bring 20 or more people they are $22.00. Bring a chair, a picnic, and a friend! Sign up ASAP by emailing the office (email@example.com) or calling 413-532-8917 to let us know how many tickets you'd like to reserve.
SUMMER BOOK GROUP Our parish SERVE team is sponsoring a summer book group, to read Sr. Joan Chittister's new book, The Time is Now: A Call to Uncommon Courage. Grab a copy of the book and start reading! We will meet on the front patio of Yarde Tavern (across the street from the church) at 7pm on Tuesday, July 16 to discuss what we've read. ALL are welcome!
